Payment information

Information saved inside Brio Life digital products
Some Brio Life products are designed to save entries locally in your browser or on your device. Unless a product clearly says otherwise, your locally saved moods, priorities, reflections, goals, or other dashboard entries are not automatically transmitted to Brio Life. We receive that information only if you intentionally send it to us, such as in a support request or attached backup file.

- process and document purchases, deliver digital products, and provide customer support;
- send requested downloads, resets, guides, newsletters, product education, and promotional messages;

- Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, performance, and security;
- GitHub for source-code hosting and deployment workflows;
- Payhip for checkout, order management, product delivery, and customer records;
- Stripe and other payment methods displayed at checkout for payment processing, fraud prevention, disputes, and related financial functions;
- MailerLite for signup forms, email delivery, subscriber management, and automation;
- Tally or similar form providers for contact, intake, feedback, and questionnaires; and
- professional advisers, contractors, analytics providers, or other vendors that support legitimate business operations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security concerns, complete a business transaction, or respond to valid legal process.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics, and Advertising
The website and its providers may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed for security, functionality, preferences, and reliable delivery. If we add nonessential analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social content, or behavioral advertising tools, we will update this Policy and use consent or opt-out controls where applicable.
Brio Life digital dashboards may use browser local storage so your entries remain on your device. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, private browsing, device loss, or software changes may remove locally saved entries. Follow the backup instructions included with your product.

The Services may link to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Payhip, and other third-party websites. Clicking an external link allows that third party to process information under its own policies. Brio Life is not responsible for third-party privacy or security practices.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including customer support, business records, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement. Subscriber information may be retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep or suppression records needed to honor an opt-out.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, device, or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords, multi-factor authentication where available, and secure backups of locally stored product data.
